At Stikets, we work to offer you high-quality personalised products that suit your needs. We offer you the possibility to return non-personalised products. In the case of personalised products, due to their unique customisation, they cannot be returned. However, in the event of an issue, Stikets will assess each situation in order to find a fair, satisfactory solution for our customers. Our customer service team is ready to help you through this returns process.

Returns and withdrawal policy:

• You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order
• Contacting us via our email at help@stikets.com
• At the same time, send the order to: Carrer Santa Joaquima Vedruna 24, 08700 Igualada, Barcelona
• Stikets does not cover shipping costs
• You can arrange the shipment yourself or contact us to schedule collection of your order for a fee of €3
• After the return has been received and checked, the refund will be processed within 10 working days, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase
